ABOUT

2035 Vision

The Logan Triangle site, rather than a symbol of pain and disinvestment, is an asset to the Logan community. It creates economic opportunity, provides essential goods and services, and forms part of Logan’s diverse and affordable housing stock. The built environment exemplifies a commitment to healing the social and environmental damage caused by historic development practices. The site fosters a culture of healing, resilience, and sustainability in the Logan community.

Vision

The Triangle Project represents a represents a transformative initiative to revitalize a community that has long suffered from disinvestment and isolation. We aim to transform the long-neglected Logan Triangle into a vibrant and sustainable community by creating affordable housing options, revitalizing green spaces, and establishing a community center that provides job services, healthcare resources, and other support to residents.

Strategy

Our multi-faceted approach involves collaboration with local stakeholders, prioritizing sustainable design practices and engaging residents in the decision-making process. We will implement the project in phases, with each phase building on the successes and lessons learned from previous phases.

Design

The Triangle Project's design centers around sustainability, affordability, and community engagement. We prioritize the needs and character of the neighborhood.
